At EzzX, every product is made-to-order and produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed. Due to the customised and print-on-demand nature of our products, we maintain a strict Refund & Returns Policy to ensure operational fairness, quality control, and fraud prevention.
1. Eligibility for Returns, Replacements, or Refunds
Returns, replacements, or refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:
• Product received is damaged or defective
• Incorrect product received
• Manufacturing or printing defect confirmed by our team
• Product substantially differs from the confirmed order
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations
Returns, replacements, exchanges, or refunds shall not be accepted for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Minor colour, print, alignment, stitching, or finishing variations
• Slight differences caused by screen display or lighting conditions
• Orders placed with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
• Delays caused by courier services, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Products that have been used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or not maintained in original condition
As products are made-to-order, each order enters production shortly after confirmation and therefore cannot usually be cancelled once processing or production has started.
3. Reporting a Claim
All refund, replacement, or damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
To process a claim, customers must provide:
• Order number
• Clear images of the product
• Clear images of packaging and shipping label
• Description of the issue
• Unboxing video, if requested for verification purposes
Failure to provide sufficient proof may result in rejection of the claim.
4. Inspection & Verification
All claims are subject to internal verification and approval by EzzX. We reserve the right to reject claims that:
• Appear fraudulent or abusive
• Lack sufficient evidence
• Are submitted beyond the allowed reporting timeframe
• Involve issues excluded under this policy
EzzX reserves the right to request additional information, evidence, or product return before approving any claim.
EzzX’s decision regarding claim approval shall be final based on operational review and evidence provided.
5. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, the refund amount will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
Refund timelines may vary depending on payment providers, banking systems, and financial institutions.
Shipping charges, convenience fees, taxes, or additional service charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise determined by EzzX.
6. Replacements
Where applicable, approved claims may be resolved through replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement products will generally be shipped to the original delivery address associated with the order unless otherwise approved by EzzX.
7. Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before processing or production begins.
Once an order enters processing, printing, fulfilment, or shipment stages, cancellations, modifications, or address changes may not be possible.
8. Return Shipping
Customers may be required to return products for inspection where requested by EzzX.
Unless otherwise approved, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
EzzX does not guarantee receipt of returned products unless shipped through trackable and reliable courier services.
9. Limitation of Liability
EzzX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or courier-related damages arising from delays, delivery failures, or use of products purchased through the website.
In all circumstances, EzzX’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

EzzX reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Refund & Returns Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
